Guest guest
Seems as if my post went out without me wanting it to. So slept very bad, got up at 5.00 and had a shake and three crisp breads with butter and a banana.Got back to bed and at least got some sleep till around 8. Had a second breakfast at 9.00 which was more solid: ca 120g cottage cheese and 1 big bowl oatmeal,1 apple,2 dried aprikots, that held me till 1 p.m. So the timing is tormented by the bad sleep, but it already was better. Hope to get back there. Decided to concentrate on breakfast for now. And yes, Tina,I'm a small one(1,53m;48kg), 14-16g of protein are enough for me. Guest guest
Anja Concentrating on breakfast sounds like the perfect way to deal with everything. It sounds like you did really well considering the sleep issues! Tina anja_dora Tue, 8 Apr 2008 19:23:59 +0000 next part Seems as if my post went out without me wanting it to. Guest guest
Thank you, Tina, for encouraging me with my decision. As the bad sleeping goes on I'm really sufficiently occupied with doing a good breakfast. Had some rice crisps and cheese around 1.30 a.m. and then breakfast at 9.00 (got up 8.30, yeah): Soy- " meat " (one big fist meassure) and one big serving of barley with carrots all fried and spiced together. Consider to go to breakfast-list again. Anja , Tina Castronovo <tcastronovo18 wrote: > > Anja > > Concentrating on breakfast sounds like the perfect way to deal with everything.
