Guest guest
Hi Karen, I find tempeh to be a filling protein. I eat it in a stir fry or as a tempeh reuben (tempeh, sauerkraut, melted cheese (dairy or nondairy), and my step 7 Russian dressing which is sugar-free mayo and tomato paste and dill relish- on whole grain bread). Guest guest
Hi Karen, Tempeh works really well for me. I try to limit my soy intake to one meal a day, but tempeh is one of my favorites. I saute it in olive oil and sometimes chop it iup into little bits and put it on brown rice!
