more snacking/ soy

Karen,

have you read the article in resources, " soy story "

I used to be very anti-soy, like you say, reading on the internet/

media, then when I got here and read this article it seemed to offer

a balance to me.

 

I do choose one serving of soy a day, I'm 49 and I believe that it

does me good. So have a read and see what you think.

 

its a dilemma for vegetarians I believe because a lot of

the 'convenience foods' available are soy based.

 

But we are lucky because the steps teach us problem solving,

planning, variety. So I dont think that there is that reliance,

especially in later steps, that I see in my non ss vegetarian friends.
