As I am a cereal lover, I have been having oatmeal for breakfast, combining it sometimes with toast and peanut butter or soy yogurt. My problem is that I get full very fast and then I am hungry very soon after. I guess that if I start doing more " serious breakfasts " to get the protein that I need, like vegan sausages, vegan turkey breast or tempeh, I would be full for longer. This is hard, however, since I am conditioned to look for 'sugary' breakfasts (I eat oatmeal without any sweetener and that has been hard). I am going to look for the vegan protein powder tomorrow.
