Guest guest Posted April 23, 2008 Report Share Posted April 23, 2008 Hi guys :-) yesterday was a LONG day...so i ended it with a free yoga class and an early night This morning i woke up tired so ive allowed myself bigger meals and snacks.Its a stressful day and a day 4 with deadlines but im allowing myself to rest properly...and not (as i was planning) to go to the gym to try and cycle.Im considering going onto organic chicken (as my vegetarianism is linked to animal welfare) today for breakfast i had 3 eggs and two tablespoons of flaxseeds followed by oats and cinnamon...for snack i had a wholefoods vegan 11gms protein snack bar and for lunch i had tofu with brown rice and brocoli and a cookie. Later i will be having a trek bar for a snack and brown rice and lentil dahl for a later lunch. I will not be doing any exercise today but tomorrow i will be heading to an aqua aerobics class at 10am after going to my vege shop to get some tempeh... I had a greenfly genocide in my garden yesterday...ive discovered millions are living in my parsely outside and trying to kill my peas...but in good news i also have my frist (ever) pea pod :) seems like im waffling so ill stop <smile> Karen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
