Hi Guys :)

Ive had a great weekend (hope everyone here has had the same!) went

out for dinner on friday eve with the friend who was staying with

me.I love the place i go, its vegan wholefood :) :) :)and it tastes

good <smile> on saturday i spent until nearly 1pm in bed!!! i was

very tired but got up at 0630 for brekkie cause i was awake then my

body woke at 0930 for snack and 1230 for lunch!!! then did LOTS of

gardening. Another friend (whom im besotted with *blush*) came over

and did a few good hours of gerdening with me...then in the morning i

woke him up (on the sofa) and offered him the same breakfast as i was

having...omlette and porridge...ive never seen him happier <smile>

Because i live near enough to college and have a big room ive had a

lot of people staying over recently...and they all think my food

is " hilarious...in a good way " but i have to say that i laugh out

loud when they complain of being hungry in the morning and tired at

night cause " they are turning into me " :)

Today I had a physio appointment and she remarked that id obviously

been doing my exercises cause there was a lot of imporovement...then

i went for my aqua antics at 10am followed by lunch and food shopping

for the week...i feel absoutly great (stressed about exams but

confident ill get the work done)

Ive bought myself some omega butter...its a blend of nuts and oils

with about 5gms of protein in a tablespoon. Im going to try this for

my second snack of the day as i feel in myself like ive been having

too much protein...tomorrow morning im going to add brazil nuts and

sunflower and pumpkin seeds to my porridge :)

so thats my waffle for the day :)
