Ryan,

Welcome to the group. Thanks for shedding light on how analytical a

person can be. You could try using frozen fruit, such as

blueberries, in your shake in place of the Stevia.

Thanks for reminding me. I seem to have misplaced

my head. Fruit is an excellent idea.

Tried ground flax in the R.P.Powder shake today,

but didn't down it for 2 hours. It turned into the

most fascinating gelatinous sludge. Hmm...
