I did similar breakfasts in my 4 years + low carb. I was suited in many ways, but my own biochemistry didnt thrive. I felt a bit anxious most of the time I found as part of my step 1, I needed a bit of ballast there to settle and heal me. I had to baby step that a bit, adding the brown. Well, actually it was terrifying, but the forum hald my hand. my favourite breakfast brown at the moment is sweet potato. I have had oats, ordinary beans, chili, ordinary potato and all sorts! you reminded me, Im going to post my new favourite brown as a new post what could you fancy? Guest guest
Hi Ryan- How did breakfast hold you? Tina Tina, Thanks for the data-points, will help keep the vision pointing forward. I forgot about the nut butters in oats. Helps the berries retain sweetness too, if I remember. Afraid I have to worry about the sugar. For all the bulk I've done in my past... if I even have a thin white mint, I will go completely ape-[expletive deleted]-crazy with rage, anxiety, or violent depression. This happens within 24 hours. If I hadn't already begun taking 'Step-6-Shaped' measures before I found PNP... it's stark. Goofy things, bodies (brains). I hope with the healing comes... strength? I do not like it when unlabeled ingredients sneakily rip me to bits. Breakfast today was a small omelet w/ spinach & goat cheese. Stomach was the size, shape, & demeanor of a black walnut. (dinner went better) Almond milk.... mmmmmmm.... Thank You Julia, " Sugar in the mornin', sugar in the evenin', sugar at supper-time! " Oh-man, have I been there! And hangovers to shame my whiskey days. " Cannot think your way... can only act your way... " . Never truer words. Thanks again.
