Guest guest
Thank you, Julia. Babystep advice very timely for me at the moment. My distaste for meat comes from a place of ethics (arguably not a very strong place, given how much meat I eat, but still there) - appetite-wise I can savour the stuff thoroughly. K's point about getting the programme down is a good one - without that, I just about can't function. So - learning, making small adaptations, baby steps indeed... All the best, Jennifer
Guest guest
Jennifer, I am now struggling to really listen to my body and provide for it what it needs, as opposed to what my mind thinks it needs. I am far from accomplishing this, but I am taking baby steps to do it. At some point both my mind and my body were saying " no more animal products, por favor. " Mastering the program is certainly a priority for me, but at the same time I wouldn't eat anything that makes me feel nauseous or physically uncomfortable. But then again, everyone has to go through her or his own process, and find the best way to do it. I am trying to find mine. Baby steps, baby steps.
