Guest guest
I've been expermenting with Tempeh again, been cooking it in my rice cooker on steam. It's really good. Feel more satisfied with Tempeh then with Tofu, nice to make a good transition. Does anyone have any good recipes for Tempeh? Just wondering, Bob
Guest guest
Hi Bob, I like tempeh reubens--tempeh, sauerkraut, dill pickles, dairy or nondairy cheese, " Russian " dressing (tomato paste and sugar-free mayo) on whole grain bread. Guest guest
I like it cubed and steamed with a sauce, or braised with veggies like ratatouille. I also crumble it up, saute, and add to tomato sauce. It's good crumbled or cubed in chili too.
