I have done all you have told me like reading the tips, old messages

and discovering things myself rather than others doing all the work

for me.

In the last week I have used these successfully as breakfast:

soup with tofu

beans and eggs

breakfast burrito

I run out of resources and I don't know where to find other ideas to

vary my breakfast a little.

Can you help me?

well done on your research work!

have you tried googling health stores in your area? I have an

independant shop within 3 miles and they are great for advising re:

suppliers

basically, anything that you like to eat can be breakfast.Bean Chilli

for example.

how are the 4 parts of breakfast working out for you?

soup with tofu is good, what brown do you like to go alongside?

Thanks. The brown I like is wild rice as it goes with everything and

tastes good. Now I basically have consumed either eggs or tofu at

breakfast. I still feel I'd like more variety to rotate but can't

figure out a good dozen of complete meals I could eat for breakfast.

Hi Jimmy,

Oh I love wild rice too. It's great that you have found a few breakfast combos

that work. I usually have the same breakfast every day. A question - do you

really want the variety or do you just feel like you should have different

breakfasts all the time for some reason? Because many of us eat the same thing

every morning. It works really well for me. I switch it up every now and then

but my body seems to like the rhythm and having the same thing is oh so easy.

Hi Tina

I like the variety actually.

Not like eating something different each day of the year but neither

eating the same. I think variety makes things more interesting.

We read different books, watch different movies, travel to different

places, listen different songs. But I also like the easiness of having

the same few things just alternated. For example I want to keep the

breakfast recipes just for breakfast and not have them for lunch or

dinner too. Also I don't want to have to choose between hundreds of

complex recipes, just a bit more than just two staples for my

breakfast would be great.

My favourite breakfast (in Scotland) is: porridge (water, salt,

oatmeal) with natural yogourt and pureed apple (cooking).

I'm in Canada, visiting, staying in university accommodation. No

porridge, no natural yoghourt, so I went for scrambled egg on toast and

grapefruit (not together!). Anyway, grapefruit is lovely, something I

once could never have imagined I'd one day like without sugar.
