Guest guest
Hi to everyone! I bought PNP and SARP several years back, did the program for a while, but got off track. I'm primarily vegetarian, and am so sugar saturated I can barely stand to eat protein. I'm back and am committed because my brain isn't functioning (feel like I'm losing my mind) and my life is suffering as a result. Thank goodness I never d from Radiant Recovery because the program eventually made its way back to me. I am on day one of breakfast with protein - had plain organic yogurt with grape nuts. Yum. Despite it only being day one, I feel better mentally because I now have hope. Thanks for being here!
Guest guest
Hello there, Welcome back! I can relate very well to the feeling of losing one's mind due to sugar saturation. I started the program around three months ago and at some point I was successfully doing steps 1,2 and 3. Now I'm back on step 1. So, baby steps. I keep my good spirits and try to take it easy on myself. Write if you want to share your feelings about these first few days back in the program. Guest guest
Thanks so much! It's helpful to be in touch with others on this journey. I'm curious to see how I'll feel as things progress and it's good to know I have a place to share these feelings. My best back to you, Susan juliadelpalacio <juliadelpalacio Friday, July 18, 2008 6:03:28 PM Re: new to group, redoing the program Hello there, Welcome back! Guest guest
Funny you should ask because I need to go eat now. I've been up for an hour, but was nursing a headache. I've mostly been having plain yogurt with blueberries and hi protein granola for breakfast, but today it will be ezekial toast with peanut butter and a glass of milk! Guest guest
That's great Susan. Do you know how to calculate the amount of protein you need for your body and whether you're getting enough of it at breakfast?
