I was looking around in the RR website and came across this

information at

What Do We Count As Protein

 

I know this question will come up again. Why is it we don't count milk

and grain protein? Think of a protein continuum like the carbohydrate

continuum. You know that dense veggies are way better for you than

Wonder Bread, yes? The protein thing is similar. We want DENSE

proteins. We are trying to restore your body, heal your brain, so we

are shooting for efficiency.

 

And yep, the vegetarians count everything, LOL.

 

You might ask what is that about? Why do they get different rules? It

is simply a pragmatic response to their reality. Dense is best.

And I am a bit confused now, I thought we only counted the dense

protein no matter if we are vegetarian or not....?
