Guest guest
I think it's pretty useful, whatever your protein persuasion. For one thing, there's a lot of basic info that's useful (for example, cooking grains, how to substitute for sugar, how to build menus, etc.). And there are several vegetarian main dish recipes plus sides and things like dressings & marinades among others. I think it's a really good reference, and I do like some of the recipes. I'm glad I have it in my kitchen! Guest guest
I was given this a few years ago and I love it! It is easy to substitute proteins or leave them out. There is a creamy bean recipe in there that is the best soup in the world! Rich in protein and flavor. Freezes easy. I make it all the time using veg. broth. --- On Tue, 8/5/08, kurtsjobsearch <kurtsjobsearch wrote: kurtsjobsearch <kurtsjobsearch Radiant Recovery Cookbook?
