Guest guest
I just made a salad out of it. chopped it up, added tomatoes, sunflower needs, some peanuts and put some ranch dressing on it. it was really good. the lady at the market suggested saute-ing it with soy sauce. that sounded intimidating so I asked her if you could just make a salad with it and she said, " well sure! " It's a cute little market. They have it twice a week I think So i'll be going back for sure. The place looked a little light on the fruit but that's okay with me since I'm not eating much lately. They have mucho potatoes there. How's your potato guy these days? -John , " cinziatre " <cmarchesani wrote: > > Cool! What did you do with it? Guest guest
John, I like chard too and simply turn it into a salad, with lot's of crunchy things, like red onion, radish, tomatoes. Its really good. My potato guy is missing in action! Well, his spuds are at the market, but his girlfriend is working the booth. She said he's been too busy with some new fields and new employees to work it himself. She's very nice, but I miss his sarcasm, LOL! Glad to hear you have a nice market there. I love your updates -- makes me feel like I'm there.
