Guest guest
Hi all - officially started my PNP program 3 days ago. I'm a 15-year lacto-ovo veg and am finding getting 28 g of protein at breakfast is challenging! I've always been a big breakfast eater, but mostly focused on browns/carbs (adding eggs/cheese on weekends). I've never been much concerned about protein, so now I find myself reading labels and creating new concoctions. I printed the veg protein source file, which is very helpful. I look forward to trolling around and getting ideas - offering ideas if I have them. Tai
Guest guest
Hi Tai, welcome! What are you doing now for breakfast? I like to have a shake with my brown on the side . It's easy to get enough protein and I need the same amount as you. Heather There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. --Albert Einstein tai_1258 <tai_1258 Wednesday, October 15, 2008 7:30:54 PM Greetings from a newbie!
