Guest guest Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 Hi new friends :-) As I figure out how to get enough vegetarian protein at each meal, I'm giving tempeh another try. Anyone have any recipes they've tried that have worked out? I read that if you find the taste of it kind of bitter, then you should simmer it in broth or water first, then cook with it. So...I simmered it first in water and then in vegetable broth, then drizzled some tamari and lemon juice on top. Well, it was better...but I'm still not loving it.
