Hi Laurie, you could count those, but I can't imagine that would be a whole lot

of added protein :). What else are you putting in your shake?

Hi Laurie,

 

If you are at or past step 2 you could try it and see what your journal has to

say? For me, I am pretty sure that wouldn't work, because I need extra

protein grams in my shake as it is. The protein powder just doesn't seem to hold

me as well as solid protein, so I have to use more.
