Guest guest
Hi Jennie, welcome! So glad you are here. Have you started breakfast yet? Heather There are two ways to live your life. Guest guest
Heather, Thanks for the welcome! Yes, I almost always have breakfast...usually either a green smoothie (greens have protein too!), some fresh squeezed juice, and today I actually had steamed broccoli! I am a vegetarian except for the occasional piece of fish, so I have no problems with veggies in my diet. I just want to cut down on pasta, bread, and alcohol. I think that is how I " crave " sugar. Not straight up sugar, sometimes I will eat dark chocolate, but tend not to go for desserts. I was reading about maybe doing grains, beans, or tofu for breakfast some days... Guest guest
Hi Jennie, oh great you are already used to eating in the morning! Many of us come here without the habit of eating breakfast at all . Did you get to the part in the book where Kathleen gives the equation on how to figure out the best amount of protein to eat for healing? Heather There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. --Albert Einstein ________________________________ Jennie <tahinigirl Wednesday, February 4, 2009 4:34:43 PM Re: new to the group Heather, Thanks for the welcome! Guest guest
Welcome, Jennie! I love your email address -- almost as much as I love tahini, LOL!! I could eat it every day, and I've tasted enough brands to have my favorites. I had some in my oatmeal this very morning. cheers, Cinzia , " jenniew76 " <tahinigirl wrote: > > Hello!
