Guest guest
The thing to watch will be how long can I hold after my breakfast without getting hunger pangs. Then let me share my breakfast experiance with group again. since I am worrying only about breakfast, I can eat things differently for lunch and dinner. One question: Do I make sure that I get adequate proteins- total 88gms during the day? Lunch is easy to do. Dinner with adequate proteins is very difficult for me. And as you have pointed out it becomes too much to do. Also the sprouting may increase the protein levels some, but I found conflicting information on the web about just how much. My suggestion is to assume they have the same amount as non-spouted to start with but just keep track in our journal of how well it works for you. Have you looked at the protein list on the site yet? Here's the link again: protein amounts. > > Heather > > There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. Guest guest
Hi Kiran, The key for me was doing one step at a time. If you get breakfast steady, figuring out the rest later will be so much easier!! Can you report back in tomorrow on how your breakfast goes? Guest guest
Right. Don't worry about dinner, or the rest of the day, yet. Really. Just breakfast. Enough protein and a brown, and within the hour. Don't even worry about holding after it, yet - that's Step Three! Just eat it.
