Guest guest
i did breakfast properly. at 6.30, exactly 45 minutes after I got up. One indian bread and beans stewed with carrots(29gms of proteins). At about 11.30 I took half cup of tea. At 1.30 pm I took ezekiel bread one slice and same bean stew as in breakfast. NOW COMES THE SURPRISE... At 6.30 pm. I sat down for proper dinner with one indian bread and same bean stew. i took strawberries and cream, without feeling guilty. I have been trying to do this kind of relaxed and proper dinner for such a long time. Here I am doing dinner; sort of automatically. I am happy. I don't know what is happening. Suddenly for past few days/months I don't know for how long; I am seeing a positive changes in me. From your experiance, can you tell me how and why this positive change has come? Is it only food? The only consistancy whether I am on radiant diet or not, I have tried to maintain is 88 gms of proteins every day. If you get breakfast steady, figuring out the rest later will be so much easier!! Can you report back in tomorrow on how your breakfast goes?
