Hi everyone.

 

I'll post this on the Brits list too but I want to know your ideas.

 

I know I'm not on step 3 yet so it doesn't really matter, but I've noticed feel

much less stressed & depressed if I eat better at lunch.

 

I work for a charity & this Friday we're having a 'bring & share' lunch at work

and I want to take something that incorporates protein & brown & is vegetarian &

can be eaten cold, but I've got no ideas beyond a pasta salad (which I don't

normally make with enough protein but I could put boiled eggs/extra cheese in).

Has anyone got any ideas?
