Guest guest
Time gap beween dinner and sweet poato: can it be 7 to 8 hours? I have my dinner between 7 and 8. Then at about 9, I am sleepy and by 9.30 I am asleep. I get up at about 1 or 2 in the night. Can I have sweet potato then? If you get breakfast steady, figuring out the rest later will be so much easier!! Can you report back in tomorrow on how your breakfast goes? Guest guest
Hi Kiran, How is breakfast going? :-) Regarding sweet potato timing, when you are on that step, here is my thinking... Can you have your dinner just a bit earlier? Can you make your sweet potato earlier, too, so that you have ready to eat just before you go to bed? At 9pm are you in bed, reading? You could have your sweet potato right by you to eat just before you sleep. At 1am or 2am if I wake up I need a little snack with complex carbohydrates and protein.
