So good to have you back with us, Mr. Graves. i have enjoyed

your posts and culinary creations you shared with us in the

past. i was digging through our recipe files this morning for a

sauce recipe and stumbled across your recipe called " Smuggled

Pasta Sauce ;) " , and naturally thought to myself. " i wonder what

Keith is up to? i should send him an invite! " ... so i did.

Welcome back. :)

Welcome back!  Were you not able to have shake on vacation?  Or was it different

somehow?

Back!

Hi all, I'm back from my trip. Tired, jetlagged and oh so glad to have my

regular shake this morning LOL. Thanks to Tina and Verla for watching

Vegetarians, and Kathleen for watching Anxiety.

Karyn, I had shake in my shaker bottle each morning :). There were fewer

ingredients because I didn't have a blender to whip it all together :).

It was a successful trip, though. I took a ton of my own food. Over the course

of my week away I consumed: 1.5 boxes Mary's Gone Crackers, 1 box brown rice

cereal, 1 box brown

rice crackers, 3 packets peanut butter, 12 ounces tamari almonds, 1

container tofu, 12 scoops George's Restore and 3 quarts almond milk.

Of course all that was in addition to the food eaten at

restaurants LOL. Its probably the first time my luggage was ever

lighter on the trip home then the trip out there.

My routine was to have shake and brown rice cereal in my room in the morning,

almonds for a mid morning snack, an omelete and my own browns for lunch and then

to out to dinner. I had enchiladas, salad with cheese and boca burgers (added my

own brown), tofu with brown rice and broccoli, to name a few meals out. It was

a lot of work to make sure I got my meals right, but oh so worth it :)
