The email address you suggest, was really helpful, I haven't try quinoa before,

but It looks like a great alternative for a brown.

it is not common in Mexico, but Im sure, I could find it in some organic, or

vegetarians groceries store.

Jenny,

 

I know that quinoa is grown in Peru and Bolivia (and maybe Chile and elsewhere),

so maybe you could find some at markets with these kinds of foods? Just an

idea.

 

I enjoy quinoa, especially the red variety.
