Guest guest Posted April 22, 2009 Report Share Posted April 22, 2009 Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and all the support. I've decided just to keep sticking to step 1 and 2. Breakfast and journaling for now. I did discover tempeh and absolutely love it. I am trying to up my protein for practice and my health. I still love a good snack too, especially at work but I am not going to overwhelm myself with that. Welcome Nina. It is so great to have others for support and know we are not alone in this.
