Guest guest
Mel, IT SOUNDS FABULOUS!!! When you have time, I hope you will give more details about these dishes. As a newbie veggie, I would love to try these, but I need more specifics on how to cook! Guest guest
Oh man, that sounds great...except for the fact it'll take me too long to fly over there and join you . Let us know how the meal goes over with you and your brother. Heather There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. We are about to have dinner & he is fully veggie. I have made loads of different dishes, like a meze, for dinner tonight: Mushy curried orange lentils; crunchy sprouted mung beans in spicey chilli tomato, black quinoa, brown rice, roasted tempeh, roasted veg with squash, peppers & asparagus. It looks fabulous. Mel

Guest guest
Kathy It's all very simple, more assembly than cooking. Anything in particular you'd like to make? I could do one at a time if it's OK with Heather. Mel , " arbs60 " <arbs60 wrote: > > Mel, IT SOUNDS FABULOUS!!! When you have time, I hope you will give more details about these dishes. Guest guest
Heather It was lovely, & I did make an additional protein dish with soya shapes & a sort of stirfry with the deep background flavours of a spinach soup I'd made before & frozen. Sounds odd I know but it was delicious. Today we are off to a picnic with the Radiant Brits, so I am making various pasta & bread accompaniments ahead of the race tomorrow. We are meeting at Wholefoods though, so maybe I don't need to take too much!
