Guest guest
Diane, I take 'Georges Restore' in evening after my gym. One question. Is it complete food? Do I need to take complex carbs with Georges Restore? In breakfast I am taking 25 gm of protein in beans and whole wheat bread for complex carbs. I feel hungry after about two hours. Is it OK to take more proteins, say about 40gm? I do feel very full as if I have stuffed my self. But I don't feel hungry for about 4 to 5 hours. What do you suggest? Guest guest
Hi Kiran, great question! Yes, you do need to take complex carbs with Restore, unlike regular George's Shake, there is only protein in the mix. It is fine to take more protein, I found that when I was early on in the steps it helped me feel more steady and helped healing along . Heather There are two ways to live your life.
