I am not sure if I am allowed to post links here so I will leave it out. Just google vegan + sugar and I am sure you will find something. This has helped me a lot. I personally chose to not eat anything that uses dead animals or causes animals to be killed. I know that people become vege for lots of reasons and only want to offer info so people can make their own choices. I have a question. It it o.k. to post non-commercial links here? My dietician gave me a link for some nice vege menus. I love trivia so if any one else has a question feel free to ask and I will see if I can try to find out. I did not know that about sugar being processed with bone char, how interesting. You really are a wealth of information! How are you finding the program so far?
