hey guys i dont post here much but i read the digest occasionaly :) im still

working on going back veggie, these days i eat fish or free range chicken at

about half my dinners per week. But ive been struggling to find tasty protein

alternatives other than faux meat.

This weekend myself and my bf made mung bean and butter bean hummous...it was

lovely! at the bowl was equal to 40gms of protein so I could have a quarter of

the bowl, some mixed beans and then some goats cheese :)

In the hummous was 400gm cooked mung beans, 200gm cooked butter beans, olive oil

, garlic, tahini, paprika and tumeric :)

just wanted to share
