Hello, All!

 

I'm new to the program, and am in the step one group. I'm looking for some

low-cholesterol, vegetarian, breakfast ideas.

 

That Auto-Vegetable program sounds fantastic, by the way!

Hi Angie,

 

Welcome to this program and this list.

 

Some popular breakfasts at my house are shake (protein powder,

banana, oats, walnuts, ice, soymilk and flavoring), hot mixed grains

cereal with added yogurt and walnuts and soy sausage on the side,

and hot oatmeal with protein powder mixed in and toppings (cinnamon,

applesauce, coconut flakes, etc).
