I was thrilled to find a local garden and fresh local produce that didn't have to be shipped across country. Good for our health and that of the environment. I wish I could help with the red cabbage but I haven't yet unpacked my cookbooks from a recent move. I have had a delicious red cabbage and beet borscht, however. Good Luck.
