Guest guest Posted January 9, 2010 Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 Great recommendations and comments, all! I like the idea of cooking beans in bulk and then freezing them in properly sized bags. (I know from experience that when I have excess beans, they seem to go moldy in the fridge pretty quick.) That seems like a good way to manage them. And yes, it's true--somehow I don't mind garbonzo beans (known as " bonzos " in my journal) from the can at all. Odd, that. Anyway, I will save this digest for sure for all the great tips. Thanks!
