Guest guest
Hey Everyone! I posted a sample journey entry on the step 2 site and was quickly told Soymilk doesn't count towards my protein. I don't have a ton of time in the mornings so I was doing peanut butter and banana sandwiches on whole wheat with soymilk. I don't really like shakes so I'm struggling to find quick and protein rich vegetarian foods in the morning (I do eat dairy just prefer soymilk). I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks! Guest guest
Do you eat eggs Caroline?  Or how about scrambled tofu?  Or tempeh?  Or something from lentils, beans, or chickpeas? Guest guest
Hi Caroline, Great to hear from you. I have a question if you don't mind: is eating pb sandwiches on whole wheat with a glass of soymilk new for you? Is this b'fast a change from previous b'fasts? If so, awesome! In terms of adding more food, what do you like/dislike? Could you grab a previously hard boiled egg to take on the go? Best wishes for happy breakfasts, Janine On Jan 19, 2010, at 6:34 AM, carolinecjohnson wrote: > Hey Everyone! > I posted a sample journey entry on the step 2 site and was quickly > told Soymilk doesn't count towards my protein.
