Guest guest Posted January 21, 2010 Report Share Posted January 21, 2010 Hello all, I am feeling the need to reach out for some help/support as I am feeling a little overwhelmed with lots of information. I have recently been diagnosed with a medical conditon which means that I need to get my protein from non-animal sources. Whilst I know that rushing anything doesn't work, the fact that I'm still eating animal protein is bothering me a lot. I am currently on step 6 and to be honest this blows my program out of the water! I feel like I am on step 1 again. So, I know that I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and do this one bit at a time, and I guess the best thing for me would be to find a vegan protein powder. Can anyone recommend a good one?
