Guest guest
Hi All, I am the new member who recently posted asking for help with my daughter. When she said nothing was in the house for lunch today, I suggested pancakes and it was a big success. I adapted a recipe I usually use to include Restore powder, an extra egg, and unsweetened applesauce instead of oil or sugar. I also reduced the whole wheat flour to include brown rice flour. I served them with warmed applesauce and cinnamon. Both my kids loved them and my sugar addict didn't even ask for maple syrup!! What the kids didn't finish for lunch, they snacked on during the afternoon. The next time we make them I will increase the Restore a bit more. Thanks for your suggestions and support!
