breastfeeding/snack question

not that I can tell, I think I will go to almond milk, which has 0 g of

sugar! I figure, since this is all new to me(I am/was a rice/soy drinker) I

might as well start off the program with the right milk with no sugar. I

plan on making my own soon anyway.

As a homeschooling mom with 3 kids, and one 18 months, I really have very

little time to myself. My husband is a self employed mason who is gone 14

hours a day. That is why I get so frustrated in the kitchen, I like to

grab and go. Which leads me to this next question. I have been

breastfeeding for 7 1/2 years straight, through all the pregnancies and

everything. My

youngest is still breastfeeding, but not an infant. Am I allowed a snack

during the day?

Thank you so very very much!!

Yes, so the 19% stuff must have added sugar?

Oh, gosh yeah!! I like to think of it as having mindful snacks. Twice

or once per day, a consciously chosen whole grain and protein source

rather than grazing throughout the day or just grabbing some cookies

on the way out the door.

Rock on with your breastfeeding self!!

My goal is to have lots of meals easily prepare-able so that I'm

more...assembling rather than making meals from scratch so often.

Are you!?

I think you're allowed more than one Maria when you're nursing.

What are you having now?

Maybe one between breakfast and lunch, another between lunch and dinner at least

with the extra demands on you.
