Hi everyone,

I have been doing my best by having breakfast every morning within an hour

of getting up (more or less). I have also been making sure there is enough

protein, by having a shake with protein powder, oatmeal, almond milk,

peanut butter, greek yogurt, and fruit. (I know, a lot, right?) Anyway, a

couple of days ago I had the worst back and stomach pain, all day long. I

was extremely bloated and felt just awful. So I cut down on the protein,

took a bunch of laxatives (I know, I like to take things, what can I say?!)

and felt better. All the pain was gone. Now I am scared to do protein

shakes again. Help!

TIA!

Maria

Kathleen,

Will do that next time, I really do like shakes more than any other

breakfast.

Thanks!

Sounds like you got good advice from radiant rockstar I mean Kathleen

so I'd do what she says and make it a simpler, kinder, gentler shake.

And you'll love it and it will love you and no more sore tummies. Hope

you feel better!
