Hi all,

I read the Discovery Chat transcript for this week and it made me remember how

effective doing a 90/90 posting commitment was for me way back when. I'm feeling

inspired to do it again while doing a step re-visit from the veg perspective. I

don't remember who commented awhile back that moving to vegetarianism is like

doing the program all over again. I wholeheartedly agree :)

 

For those who don't know me, I've been doing the program 8+ years, moving in the

veg direction for a year or more. I'm still using dairy and eggs. Fish now and

then when eating out.

 

My biggest issue is eating enough in general. And while I'm feeling good these

days despite a boatload of life changes, I know I will feel even better if I'm

eating more and more mindfully.

 

So the idea here is to check in every day for 90 days while re-visiting the

steps and re-learning what is " enough " . Tune in tomorrow for breakfast news!

Ah, Janice, so it's you I have to thank for the 90/90 idea. I knew someone

had done it before me, but just couldn't remember who.

Yay, Jenny! There have been others who done this - I was inspired by someone

who did it before me <smile> It really is a wonderful thing to do for oneself.

I hope chat starts a trend!
