Shake makes it easier to eat as close to noon as possible on the days I go to work at noon. I ate 40 minutes after waking. Soyburger (11gr) with 2 Tbsp cheese (3.5gr) and mustard on a whole wheat bun along with 1/2 cup brown rice. I made some power milk for another 5grams. It held me nicely til lunch. Now that I'm back to doing hot cereal, too I can hopefully rmember to not fix the cereal on those nights as a cue to save the shake. The interview was " quick and dirty " only 10 minutes <smile> The county is doing a massive reduction in force so there are large numbers of folks from many departments to be interviewed. I'm hopeful but have a plan if I'm not one of the lucky few to get hired in this round. Another interview tomorrow and 1 on Monday. On the bright side, doing the food is making it possible to keep a positive attitude regardless.
