Guest guest Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 I have to say I find great comfort in having my shake and knowing it is sitting there in the fridge waiting for me when I get up And I appreciate the hot cereal getting itself ready, too. Sometimes the music the rice cooker plays when it's finished cooking wakes me up that last little bit. Today was a regular shake and 8 grain cereal day eaten 50 min after waking.
