Guest guest
Hi all, Quick report this morning so I can stop by the library to send it before we go to the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival – fun, sun and lots of walking I succeeded in eating earlier today – 30 minutes after waking. Regular shake and millet grits. Getting the cereal ready at night and sitting down to eat is feeling comfortable again. It really does set the tone for the day so everything else is improving also. Hope everyone has a chance to have some fun today! Baaaaa, Janice

Guest guest
Okay, I only had my phone and checked email while waiting for the border collie demonstration so I have some pics of that and tried a couple videos (1st time for that) Is there a place I can send the videos directly from my phone? In the meantime I'll see about getting the pics up - where would be a good place? It was sooo hot and really crowded, hard to get near the exhibits. I got a drop spinner/spindle kit with some wool and also a net bag of lama hair for my MIL to hang in a tree for the birds. And to stay on topic I had an egg and cheese sandwich (ate 1/2 the white bun) grilled veggies and fresh fried potatoes. It was a very meat centered event foodwise. Any kind of lamb you could want Nary a falafel in sight.
