Guest guest Posted May 3, 2010 Report Share Posted May 3, 2010 Hi all, So this morning worked really well! I set the alarm for 6:30 and the rice cooker for 6:50. As soon as I woke up I sat up and attempted to meditate and used the rice cooker music as a cue to stop. Then had breakfast right after. Same shake and millet grits. The grits are growing on me, lol. Janice p.s. I wasn't on-line yesterday so I wrote my post and put it on a flash drive to send today Worked nicely so I didn't feel like I interupted the flow of writing daily although it's posted late.
