I know you posted it back in October, but I finally got around to

trying this today and it was excellent. I did it slightly different,

though...I used fresh mushrooms (forgot to buy canned), and used

about a cup. I also used 2 tablespoons of soy margarine instead of 2

teaspoons of reduced-fat, and I threw 4 half-cloves of garlic in

there.
