Guest guest
I know you posted it back in October, but I finally got around to trying this today and it was excellent. I did it slightly different, though...I used fresh mushrooms (forgot to buy canned), and used about a cup. I also used 2 tablespoons of soy margarine instead of 2 teaspoons of reduced-fat, and I threw 4 half-cloves of garlic in there. , " glitterophelia " <glitterophelia@e...> wrote: > * Exported from MasterCook * > > Beans and Mushrooms Almondine > > Recipe By :A Potful of Recipes, Joanna Lund > Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 > Categories : A Potful of Recipes Vegan > Vegetables > > Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method > -------- ------------ -------------------------------- > 6 cups frozen cut green beans -- thawed > 1/2 cup finely chopped onion > 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms -- drained > 1/4 cup slivered almonds > 2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine > > Spray a slow cooker insert with butter-flavored cooking spray.
