Guest guest
I always make this one in the crock pot I rarely measure but I'll try 1 gallon of apple cider or Cranapple cider About a tablespoon of whole allspice 4-5 whole cloves 4-5 sticks of cinamon Orange peel You can use a prepared mulling mix. Put the cider in the crock pot about 3 hours before you want to drink it. Put the mulling spices in cheese cloth, I usually use twisty ties to close the ends. Let it sit on high until it boils then switch it down to low. It usually takes a good hour or two to boil. You'll know it's ready because the entire house will smell like an apple pie. If it's for a party you can have a bottle of dark spiced rum on the side. It's really good, makes the house smell great and will warm you right up on a cold day.
