(such as, the CHOLESTEROL??? LOL).... never thought of doing a snack mix in the crockpot before, though!!! cherrie * Exported from MasterCook * Curried Snack Mix Recipe By : Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Crockpot Snacks Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 tablespoons margarine 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons hot curry powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 2 cups rice squares cereal 1 cup walnut halves 1 cup dried cranberries Melt butter in large skillet. Add brown sugar, curry powder, salt and cumin; mix well. Add cereal, walnuts and cranberries and stir to coat. Spoon mixture into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 3 hours.
