Guest guest Posted January 5, 2002 Report Share Posted January 5, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Fall Franks and Sauerkraut Recipe By :Adapted From A Potful of Recipes, Joanna Lund Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : A Potful of Recipes Main Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 14.5 oz can Frank's Bavarian-Style Sauerkraut -- drained 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup cored, unpeeled & chopped cooking apples 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice 8 ounces vegetarian hot dogs -- diced Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine sauerkraut, onions, and apples. Stir in apple juice. Add hot dogs. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
