Mock Barbecue Beef

3 cups textured vegetable protein chunks

2 large bottles barbecue sauce -- fat free

1 1/2 cups water -- heated to boiling

 

In a large crockpot, put in 3 cups of textured vegetable protein, rehydrate the

textured vegetable protein with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and 1 1/2 cups of water.

Let sit for 15 minutes. Add the remaining barbecue sauce, cook on law for 5-6

hours. Serve on low fat whole grain buns.
