Glazed Veggie Cocktail Franks

1/2 cup apricot preserves

1/4 cup yellow mustard

2 teaspoons dried parsley

2 teaspoons dried onion flakes

1 16 oz package vegetarian hot dogs -- cut into 2 " pieces

 

In slow cooker insert, combine apricot preserves, mustard, parsley,

and onion flakes. Stir in veggie hot dog pieces. Cover and cook on

low for 2 hours. Mix well before serving. When serving, evenly

spoon sauce over veggie hot dog pieces.
