Guest guest
Jill, I am too inexperienced at vegan crockpot cooking to add to the list yet, but was about to make a point of forwarding some from the " Christian-Vegan-Cooking " site that I collected recently. I like the idea of having Vegan crockpot recipes grouped together. I really need them now. Vegan crockpoting is helping me adapt to my new disability [partially dislocated hip]. I don't have to stand past my pain threshold to finish preparing a meal. I also used crockpot recipes in solar cooking. And my dh works late. If I want to be in bed at a decent hour. I put something in crockpot so he doesn't have to fend for himself. We are both working on weight loss. Crockpoting is helping us have healthy food choices ready so we are less vulnerable to convenience foods. I joined in February and don't think this is very busy list. Which is good for me. I had to on no-mail with CVC because I couldn't keep up with all the posts at this time. I love that list. I am only speaking for myself here. It looks like the recipes are mostly not TNT. I think this because I rarely see someone mention that they tried it, like it, or what they served it with, or what a hit it was with their family or last potluck. Guest guest
I, personally, don't think it much matters if the recipes have been tried because ppl have such vastky different preferences. Sandra
